What's that? You don't know what California Agave Spirits are? Doesn't just roll off the tongue? Someone in marketing needs to get involved, you say?

Turns out that in order for tequila to be called tequila, it has to be grown in Jalisco, Mexico. So we grow 'spirits' instead, not the exact same thing as tequila. Or maybe the exact same thing.

It also turns out that spirits are not for the impatient. Our 1,000 mapisaga tequila plants are slowly growing and will have 600-700 lbs peñas to harvest full of agave spirits in 2030. Yep, you read that right. 2030. So please check back in a handful of years....
