THE FINE PRINT

  • Parties must work with event planner, Ashley Chanel Events. Contact Ashley directly for rates at ashley@ashleychanelevents.com

  • Approved venue vendors only unless buyout fee is paid

  • 50% deposit required to reserve space. Remaining balance due 3 weeks prior to the event. Credit card also required for incidentals as well as a security deposit. 

  • Included: 

    • Ceremony and reception on property, 5 hours for event. An additional hour can be purchased

    • Ocean/island and mountain views are massive in all available spaces

    • Maximum of 130 people. Potential use of Barn, Lily Pond, Union Point, 2,500 sq ft Patio, and Guest Cottage.

      • Capacities:

        • Barn can accommodate 50 seated inside, and 100 if also utilizing covered porch. The two spaces have a 16 ft accordion door between them to allow for maximum flow between the two spaces

        • Parties over 100 people with seated dining must use option to cover 1,000 sq ft infinity pool on the patio

    • Two-bedroom Guest Cottage for bridal suite + honeymoon suite for day of the event and 1 overnight. $250 cleaning fee required if the cottage is used.

    • All events to be started between 4pm-5pm at the latest

    • All guests must depart by 11pm, no exceptions.

    • Amplified music must end at 10pm

    • All vendors off property no later than midnight

    • Cross back chairs and 8 ft farm tables available for up to 100 people. Additional chairs and tables available for rent

    • Table settings, glassware, utensils for up to 130 people

    • Installation and strike hours during business hours only the day before and after event (8am-5pm) 

  • Not included:

    • Flowers

    • Music

    • Caterer

    • Photography/Videography

    • Decor

    • Parties over 50 people must provide:

      • Marborg VIP Restroom Rental

      • Trolley service to and from the event

      • Security for all hours guests will be in attendance

  • Caterers will work with Wanderment Farms to source local, seasonal organic ingredients from the farm when possible

  • Floral designer will work with Wanderment Farms to source flowers from the farm when possible

  • Alcohol for event must be purchased from Wanderment Farms

  • Every guest must sign a liability waiver to attend

  • Event insurance for $1M in liability to be provided by party host

Pricing: Wanderment Farms is a location only venue and mostly all outdoors. Please keep in mind, this is just to rent the space for private events with a guest time of 5 hours, with an option to add one additional hour (6 hours max). We recommend a budget of $150,000 or more and require you to hire Ashley Chanel Events + Design (contact directly for rates) in order to have a successful event at Wanderment Farms. We only do a small number of events per year. Please reach out to ashley@ashleychanelevents.com as soon as possible if you are interested in securing a date.

 

Security & Valet: We require all events to hire security and transportation to service all events. Due to the uniqueness of our property, there are no exceptions for outside vendors for these services. Security and Transport information can be discussed with Ashley Chanel Events + Design. 

 

Bar: We allow our exclusive planner to help secure alcohol service, so long as they are properly insured and licensed for alcohol service and have a current liquor license. We do require all alcohol to be purchased through Wanderment Farms. 

 

Catering: We offer an exclusive list of caterers. All events are required to select a catering vendor from our list, or pay a $10,000 buyout fee to bring in an outside, licensed, and insured caterer. Current catering options to be discussed with our exclusive planner.

 

Rentals: We offer an exclusive list of highly experienced rental companies to provide all of your event needs, from tables and chairs to tenting and satellite kitchens. All events are required to work with exclusive rental companies for the vast majority of event needs, or pay a $5,000 buyout fee to bring in an outside, licensed, and insured rental company. Rental company options to be discussed with our exclusive planner.

 

Florals: We offer an exclusive list of knowledgeable and experienced florists who specialize in Wanderment Farms events. All events are required to select a florist from our list, or pay a $2,000 buyout fee to bring in an outside, licensed, and insured florist. Floral options are to be discussed with our exclusive planner. 

 

Inclement Weather: In the case of inclement weather, a tent will be put on hold in advance by the event planner. Any additional days required to raise or remove the tent will be an additional $1,000 per day plus the cost of the tent rental. Install and strike must remain within business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM.

 

Vendors: Each vendor is allowed a maximum of 3 vehicles. Any vendor with more than 3 vehicles must secure transportation to shuttle them to and from the event
