Looking for an unforgettable venue for your friends or company to gather? Whether you’re planning a multi-day corporate offsite, a milestone anniversary celebration, a refreshing break from the grind, or an exciting product launch party, we can comfortably host up to 130 guests for your event.

​FEES

Our fees contribute to supporting our Food Bank initiative and advancing climate action through regenerative agriculture.

​

  • For rentals 50 people & under:

    • Space fee/day $3,800 for events up to 50 people with exclusive access to Barn and multiple breakout spaces. Rental up to 8 hrs. Massive ocean/island and mountain views

  • Parties greater than 50 people need to utilize Ashley Chanel Events to coordinate. Contact ashley@ashleychanelevents.com to discuss rates.

  • Food: Local, organic farm to table fare from Wanderment Farms. Served family style​ by our executive chef. Prices below for up to 50 people.

    • Breakfast $30pp​

    • Light Snacks $25pp

    • Lunch $65pp

    • Hors d'oeuvres $30pp

    • Limited Bar $30pp. Includes 1 custom cocktail, wine, beer

    • Family Style Dinner $125pp

    • Minimum of $500 for food service

  • Enhancements

    • Farm Tour $30pp

    • Bocce $15pp

    • Beverage buggy $1,100

    • Hotel Welcome Box $175pp

 

THE FINE PRINT​

  • Capacities:​​

    • Our barn can accommodate 50 seated inside, or up to 100 if also utilizing covered porch with ceiling heaters. The two spaces have a 18 ft accordion door between them to allow for maximum flow between the two spaces

    • Parties over 100 people with seated dining must use the option to cover the 1,000 sq ft infinity pool on the patio overlooking the ocean. Maximum for a seated family style dinner is 130 people.

  • 50% deposit required to reserve space. Remaining balance due 3 weeks prior to the event. Credit card also required for incidentals as well as a security deposit. 

  • Cross back chairs and 8 ft farm tables included up to 100 people. Additional chairs and tables are available for rent from Wanderment Farms if required

  • Table settings, glassware, utensils included

  • Projection and audio capabilities included

  • Self parking

  • 1 non ADA bathroom available

  • Every guest must sign a liability waiver to attend

  • Event insurance for $1M in liability to be provided by party host

  • All events to be started between 4pm-5pm at the latest

  • All guests must depart by 11pm, no exceptions.

  • Amplified music must end at 10pm

  • All vendors off property no later than midnight

  • If required, installation and strike hours during business hours only the day before and after event (8am-5pm) 

  • Alcohol for event must be purchased from Wanderment Farms

  • For events over 50 people:

    • Use of Barn, Lily Pond, 2,500 sq ft Patio with additional pool cover fee for parties over 100

    • Approved venue vendors only unless buyout fee is paid

    • Parties must provide Marborg VIP Restroom Rental

    • Parties must provide Trolley service to and from the event

    • Parties must provide security for all hours guests will be in attendance

    • Not included:

      • Flowers

      • Music

      • Caterer

      • Photography/Videography

      • Decor
