Our fees contribute to supporting our Food Bank initiative and advancing climate action through regenerative agriculture.

For rentals 50 people & under:

Space fee/day $3,800 for events up to 50 people with exclusive access to Barn and multiple breakout spaces. Rental up to 8 hrs. Massive ocean/island and mountain views

THE FINE PRINT​

Our barn can accommodate 50 seated inside, or up to 100 if also utilizing covered porch with ceiling heaters. The two spaces have a 18 ft accordion door between them to allow for maximum flow between the two spaces

Parties over 100 people with seated dining must use the option to cover the 1,000 sq ft infinity pool on the patio overlooking the ocean. Maximum for a seated family style dinner is 130 people.

50% deposit required to reserve space. Remaining balance due 3 weeks prior to the event. Credit card also required for incidentals as well as a security deposit.

Cross back chairs and 8 ft farm tables included up to 100 people. Additional chairs and tables are available for rent from Wanderment Farms if required

Every guest must sign a liability waiver to attend

Event insurance for $1M in liability to be provided by party host

All events to be started between 4pm-5pm at the latest

All guests must depart by 11pm, no exceptions.

Amplified music must end at 10pm

All vendors off property no later than midnight

If required, installation and strike hours during business hours only the day before and after event (8am-5pm)

Alcohol for event must be purchased from Wanderment Farms

For events over 50 people:

Use of Barn, Lily Pond, 2,500 sq ft Patio with additional pool cover fee for parties over 100

Approved venue vendors only unless buyout fee is paid

Parties must provide Marborg VIP Restroom Rental

Parties must provide Trolley service to and from the event

Parties must provide security for all hours guests will be in attendance
